What does SwiftSchool help us manage?

Student records, announcements, fees, payments, results, reports, promotions, and child security logs.

Can we start with only a few modules?

Yes. You can roll out modules in phases.

Who can send announcements?

School admins can send announcements to parents.

Is messaging two-way?

Not currently. Announcements are one-way for clarity.

Do you support SMS?

Yes. Schools can use SMS for reminders and important notices.

Can we record cash payments?

Yes. Cash payments can be recorded with receipts.

What about bank deposits?

Supported. You can record deposit references and keep payment history clean.

Can we accept MoMo and card payments?

Yes (optional). Schools can enable MoMo and card payments.

Do you support scholarships and discounts?

Yes. Fixed or percentage, term-based or ongoing.

What grading system do you support?

0–100, with grade bands configurable per school.

Who enters results?

Teachers and form masters (based on permissions).

Do parents get access to reports?

Yes. Parents can view and download their child’s reports.

How do promotions work?

At the end of the academic year, students are moved into the next class while keeping their history intact. Exceptions like repeats and graduates are supported.

What is included in child security?

Pickup and drop-off logs, authorized pickup persons, and parent alerts after pickup.

Do we need special hardware?

No. Staff can use standard smartphones.

How long does setup take?

Setup depends on school size and the modules you’re rolling out first. A demo call helps confirm the rollout plan.
